Partners Business Equities, LLC (“PBE”) is the General Partner of Interstate General Properties Limited Partnership, S.E. (“IGP LP”) which owns ownership interests in eleven apartment partnerships with fourteen Section 8 projects in Puerto Rico. PBE is also the General Manager of Landmark Investment Group, LLC, which owns residential, commercial and agriculture lands available for sale.

Rafael has over 30 years of experience working in the real estate industry and property management. He also occupied different positions in IGP LP. At the time of the acquisition of IGP LP has occupied the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer in charge of the Administration and Finance of the Company.
Ms. Marta I. Sánchez Quiles, CPA, CGMA
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & TREASURER
Marta has 20 years of experience in public and private accounting. In IGP LP occupied different positions. Previously, she worked as Audit Senior in Torres CPA Group for eight years. At the acquisition date, Marta has occupied the position of Senior Financial Analyst in-charge of all type of financial analysis for the entities.
Ms. Marie-Lynne García Vázquez, CPA
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & SECRETARY
Marie-Lynne has 15 years of experience in Tax and Consulting Services. In IGP LP occupied different positions. Previously, she worked as Tax Senior in Deloitte & Touche for four years. At the time of the acquisition of IGP LP, Marie-Lynne has occupied the position of Assistant Vice President and Tax Supervisor in-charge of the Tax Department and partners’ relationship.
