Partners Business Group (“Partners”) is form by experienced professionals in two related areas of operation. Partners is grouped in two holding entities:
Partners Business Equities, LLC (“PBE”) & Partners Business Services, LLC (“PBS”)
OUR HISTORY
Partners‘ is the successor of Interstate General Properties Limited Partnership, S.E., (“IGP LP”), which started operations in Puerto Rico in 1957 as a construction and developer company. IGP LP gained vast experience in a variety of activities in Multifamily Section 8 projects, shopping centers and homebuilding.
In August 2009, the IGP LP,s management staff acquired the affordable housing portfolio from American Community Properties Trust.
In December 2014, IGP LP acquired a commercial office building known as Escorial Building One in Parque Escorial Office Park, Carolina, Puerto Rico.
In July 2015, the IGP LP’s Partners organized a new entity, Landmark Investment Group, LLC, to purchase 100 “cuerdas” at the hilltop of Parque Escorial, in Carolina, PR, 500 “cuerdas” at Parque El Comandante in Canóvanas, PR, and a Minority partnership of ownership interest in a commercial building in Parque Escorial in Carolina, PR.
WHAT WE DO
PBE is the investment company, which invests in real estate ventures.
PBS is the property management company, that provides services to residential and commercial properties.
PBS and his predecessor’s IGP LP have been managing large developments in Puerto Rico and we are specialized in the management of Multifamily Section 8 projects.
